The time has come! After greater than 30 years of software program growth at MathWorks, I’ve determined to retire. Friday, March 29, shall be my final day.

For 18 of these 30 years, I’ve been writing right here (600 posts!) about picture processing and MATLAB. I’m grateful to all of you who’ve been following alongside.

I wish to point out a few those that I’ve labored with for many of my time at MathWorks. Roy and I’ve been sharing deep ideas about MATLAB and technical computing for 25 years or so, and he has helped me at many factors alongside my profession.
