DocuSign not accepting Salesforce person in sandbox – Technical Dialogue


I’ve put in DocuSign on my prospects full sandbox and the set up was profitable. I then went out and created after which activated my demo account for DocuSign. I’ve began salesforce admin coaching, however can’t in a position resolve this.

I logged again in to Salesforce and went to the DocuSign Admin tab and tried to finalize the DocuSign hook up with Salesforce. That is the place my downside is…

The Salesforce person is throwing the next error after I first login to the admin space: Invalid DocuSign Join Configuration for the Account

If I try and replace the Salesforce person I get: Invalid Salesforce Credentials

I’ve checked the entry getting used and the data entered is appropriate. I’ve chosen “Sandbox” because the Salesforce surroundings and since we use IP ranges there isn’t any safety token requirement.

Has anybody resolved this challenge? Since now we have not finalized our contract with DocuSign I’ve acquired completely no help from DocuSign on resolving this challenge with their utility.
